This beautiful arboretum and interpretive center is located at
the south end of the Dallas City Park.
Ritner Creek Bridge
Ritner Creek Bridge was moved from State Highway 223 to a wayside
park in 1976. The bridge has Gothic windows on each side and a cedar
shake roof.

Baskett Slough National Wildlife Refuge–hikers, photographers
and nature lovers can enjoy viewing the nearly 200 species known
to inhabit the refuge. Dallas City Park is nearly 40 acres wide
and features towering tree, nature trails, a miniature Japanese
garden, picnic sites and playground areas. A professional
developed park has been accomplished on a 17 acre East Dallas
Community Park which includes a modern aquatic center, soccer
and softball fields, tennis courts and skateboard facility.
Dallas offers a recreation program providing many activities.
Polk County Museum, local wineries and the Spirit Mountain
Casino, in Grand Ronde, 20 miles west of Dallas.
