LibertyBank Bend WinterFest
February 8-10, 2008 - Bend
LibertyBank Bend WinterFest will be held on February 8,9 and 10, 2008 in
Downtown Bend across from the Library. This full scale community event will
include the WinterFest Marketplace, made up of local artists, crafters and
gourmet food purveyors. There will be live music, a children’s area, snowboard
and ski rail competition, a cross country ski event, a winter wine walk downtown
as well as great food and much more. Most events will take place in the event
center downtown, plus additional events will be held at the 7th Mountain Resort.
Sisters Summer Faire Saturday
August 2-3, 2008 -- Sisters Vendors selling their quality handcrafted
arts & crafts. Live entertainment both days, food
court, children’s play area and free admission.
Located in the Village Green Park. Plenty of
parking. One block from downtown Sisters. Hours are

Country Fair and Art Show
August 8-9, 2008 -- Sisters
The Episcopal Church of the
Transfiguration will hold its 13th annual Country
Fair and Art Show on Saturday, August 9th from 10 am
to 3 pm. The Art Show begins one day earlier,
opening on Friday evening, August 8th from 5 pm to 8
pm. Fairgoers will enjoy a day of old-fashioned fun
that includes face painting, a petting zoo, pony
rides, cake walk and entertainment for the whole
family. Located 1/8th mile west of Sisters on the
old McKenzie Highway, the lovely tree shaded church
grounds provide the perfect setting to enjoy picnic
treats prepared on the grill and topped off with
famous marionberry cobbler. Preserves will be on
sale at the Country Store. Admission and parking are
free. The Art Show will be held in the church's
Community Hall and will showcase more than 50
regional artists. All proceeds go directly to
community support agencies such as Family Access
Network, Habitat for Humanity, SOAR and etc. This
event has generated more than $75,000 for community

The Taste of Tanasbourne
August 15-17, 2008 -- Hillsboro
The Taste of Tanasbourne is Hillsboro's new annual festival
celebrating arts and culture, with a mission to expand,
improve and diversify the economy of the area through variety
and community activity.
The Taste of Tanasbourne will be held August 15th through the
17th, 2008, with a Friday Night Gala to celebrate the opening
of the festival. Guests will enjoy the creative work of 125
artists, wine tasting, a beer garden, artist demonstrations,
music, food sampling, concessions, and getting involved with
"Youth Art-In-Action".

Festival

Oregon Covered Bridge Festival

Our version of the traditional Fall Festival features fun
filled activities for the entire family! Enjoy our personal
fall festival favorites such as our pumpkin slingshot, pumpkin
seed toss, corn-husking races, fall floral arranging, and so

Rediscovery Forest and meet Cameron the Caterpillar. Children
