Cricketwood Country Bed & Breakfast -- Bend
While Cricketwood is close to Bend and Mt. Bachelor, we are located in a very quiet area that is primarily farm and forestry. Each room has a fun and unique garden theme and hidden satellite TV/VCR. Our food is amazing! Our guests get to choose from a very large custom menu and we individually prepare each dish to your specifications. Whether you sleep in or get up early, we serve breakfast at the time you choose. In the evening, we serve an array of hors d'oeuvres and your beverage of choice. To top it off, at bedtime we serve warm, fresh baked cookies.

Our photographic picture galleries capture an area's personality in 15 large, color coordinated prints. We produce scenic landscapes with state of the art digital tools. The star of each gallery is a triptych with up to 6 feet of the same image that will truly cause you to eSCAPE to a far away place! Framed pictures are rented in groups of 15. One can buy either an entire gallery, a triptych, or individual pictures.

How about taking a vacation in a volcano?
East Lake Resort -- La Pine
East Lake is a spectacularly scenic vacation, geologic and archeologic wonderland. Situated in the Newberry National Volcanic Monument Caldera at just under 6,400 feet above sea level, the lake is fed by snowmelt and underground springs. Activities include camping, fishing, lake swimming, wildlife watching, cave exploring, and mountain biking, hiking and horse trails await. I've lived in Bend and this is fantastic idea adding new life to a great part of town.

Jerry Baron -- North Bend
Jerry Baron, Oregon painter, works chiefly in oil bar and acrylic on paper or hardboard. His works speak for themselves; full of spontaneous expression and strong color use. Often his paintings provide a satirical or cutting-edge statement about the human condition and/or society. The colorist has exhibited in major Portland art galleries the last 10 years and has also shown at the Hult Center for the Performing Arts in Eugene, the University of Oregon, Portland University, Sunriver in the Cascades, Coos Art Museum, Virginia Inn in Seattle, White Bird Gallery at Canon Beach, and other galleries in Oregon.

Arborsmith Studios -- Williams
Arborsculpture: Trunks of living trees shaped into useful and artistic forms. My designs include chairs, tables, benches, entrance arches, houses, mazes, tunnels, symbols, letters, fences and ladders. I also design trees to hold and slowly swallow stained glass, bird cages, crystals, statues and fountains. By planting, framing, bending, and grafting various parts of trees together I have been able to grow a variety of shapes and structures. All growing taller and thicker every year, as long as they live. Kinetic sculpture, really.
